So, a few weeks ago while feeling particularly disgusting I thought about how much weight I have gained (and kept) since having kids. I had three kids in three years. When I first got pregnant I weighed 140lbs. Now I weigh 189lbs. THAT IS 49LBS IN 3 YEARS!!!!! Did you just throw up in your mouth? I did. So, I bought a treadmill super cheap-thanks to a nice co-worker and started eating better and running. I HATE RUNNING! Anyway, in 3 weeks I lost 9 lbs. Then, we went to OC, ate alot drank, a whole lot and I gained a few back. So, now I am back to 186lbs. They say it is healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week so I figure to get down to 145lbs it should take about 20ish weeks, depending on how much beer I drink that week. I decided to document it on here so when I get lazy everyone can give me shit. Anyone care to join me?

I will start losing weight with you in about 12 weeks. Right now I think my doctor would frown upon it.
You can totally doit! I might change the 20 weeks to 30ish to factor in plateaus and not set yourself up for disappointment. Email me at briars_mama at yahoo dot com anytime you need a pep talk!
